Insurance
We are proud to be a contracted Premier Provider for Delta Dental and are also happy to submit claims to other insurance companies on our patients behalf. To help us with your insurance filing, please provide us with the most complete information possible. If your insurance covers treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced costs. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated portion will be collected at the time of service and any unpaid balance is due in full upon receipt of the billing statement. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is available to answer them.
